Meet Michaela, the newest member of our BSDH team…

Michaela is both a designer and project manager, she is deeply involved in every stage of the process—from initial concept development to final installation. Her hands-on approach, paired with her expertise in furniture builds, computer rendering, and project organization, ensures that no detail is overlooked. A true go-getter, she tackles every challenge with confidence, making her an essential part of our team.

Michaela’s passion for interior design started early, she was constantly reimagining her space and graduated with a design degree from her home town at Oklahoma State. With a love for antiques, DIY projects, and one-of-a-kind pieces with character, she brings a unique blend of creativity and craftsmanship to every design. Outside of design, Michaela finds inspiration in movement and nature. Whether she’s flowing through a yoga session, sourcing fresh ingredients at the farmers market, or artfully arranging flowers, her eye for beauty and balance extends into every aspect of her life.

Meet Chris, he is our technical designer and project liaison at BSDH.

Christopher is the mastermind behind the technical and digital drawings that bring our build designs to life. With a keen eye for precision and a passion for innovative solutions, he works closely with architects and clients to transform concepts into reality. As our Technical Director, he creates detailed conceptual drawings that allow clients to visualize their finished spaces, ensuring every design is as functional as it is beautiful.

Beyond his technical expertise, Christopher’s curiosity and problem solving mindset extend into his personal interests. When he’s not refining blueprints, you might find him building custom PCs, designing mechanical keyboards, or even crafting his own Linux operating systems. A strategist at heart, he also enjoys a good game of chess, as well as staying active with tennis, golf, and basketball. His blend of creativity, technical skill, and analytical thinking makes him an invaluable part of our team.

We kept the name but reimagined the space as the ultimate lounge for our clients and their grown-up kids to hang when they visit. Think: a cozy custom banquette for game nights, oversized lounge seating for laid back vibes, and a moody green palette with textured nubby wallpaper for all the cozy feels. Who says ‘Teen Rooms’ are just for teens?
